Our volunteers and generous supporters are behind everything we do.
Our work ranges from supporting carers as they navigate their caring journey to raising awareness amongst the film and TV industry to influencing national policy. We cannot continue this work without the generous help of our wonderful volunteers and supporters. If you believe that carers, no matter who they are, or who they care for, should have the chance to find a balance in their life and maintain their connections to film and TV, we invite you to support our work.
Volunteer
Our volunteers give their time and effort to make a real difference for carers connected to the film and TV industry. Without our volunteers, we wouldn’t be here for carers when they need us most.
As a fairly new group, we really need your help and support to build solid foundations for the Film and TV Carer’s Club to ensure that we are able to provide the vital services needed to support carers connected to the film and TV industry.
Volunteering is a meaningful way to connect with other people and develop new friends and brings with it a great sense of purpose. We have lots of different opportunities, so whether you wish to share your experience, or fancy learning something new, we’ll have a volunteering opportunity just for you.
Whatever you choose to do, and however much time you have to give, you'll be making an incredible difference for carers at a time in their lives when they need help the most.

By supporting the Film and TV Carer’s Club, you can have an incredible impact on our work without the commitment of volunteering.
From sending a shout out tweet now and then, to a Film and TV Carer’s Club link on your website, or a poster in your workplace, there are many ways you could do something great. If you’re an employer, perhaps you can think about how you can make job opportunities more accessible to carers.
Your support really will enable us to support more carers in the film and TV industry and help us to grow our voice through our training programmes and policy advocacy.
We will work closely with you to find areas of the Club’s work that chime with your own objectives.
We welcome the chance to speak with organisations interested in supporting our work. Without the generous support of the Film and TV Charity, whose financial support has enabled us to develop our website, we wouldn’t even be able to ask for your support to grow the impact of our work to reach more carers who work in film and TV.
